Terms and Conditions


These are the Terms and Conditions that regulate the contractual relationship for the acquisition of products that artkeeping.com offers in its Online Stores.

1. OBJET                                    

1.1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of purchase is the supply by artkeeping.com of the products offered in its Online Store, in exchange for an economic benefit.

1.2. By accessing our portal, the Client undertakes to respect the Terms and Conditions as well as the rules of use that appear therein.

2. ENTRY INTO FORCE                          

2.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with your order confirmation, constitute the contract between artkeeping.com and the Customer for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply.

2.2. It will be understood that the Client agrees with the general conditions provided in this text from the moment he accepts that he has read and agrees with these Terms and Conditions.


I am a minor, can I buy in artkeeping.com?

3.1. In order to place an order, the Customer must be of legal age, at least 18 years old.

Have I to provide my information to be able to by?

3.2. The Client must fill in the personal data form found in our Online Store (available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year), once they have accessed the page and clicking on the “finalize order” button.

How and when will I know if I have placed the order?

3.3. When the Client places his order, we will send him an email with all the information regarding his order, he will also receive an order reference number.

3.4. If we accept your order, we will notify the customer of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. We will send you your order confirmation by email, provided that the Customer has provided us with their email address in their personal data form. If we cannot accept your order, we will try to contact the Customer by email or phone, to find the best possible solution.

What if I buy an item and it is not available or not in stock?

3.5. We update the Stock on a daily basis and due to our commitment to the Client to quickly deliver their order (s), we prevent the purchase of product (s) that are out of Stock. Even so, there may be the possibility that when making your purchase the desired product is no longer in Stock. On these occasions, we will make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation, even though delivery may take more than 72 hours. In these cases we will contact the Customer to inform him and we will suggest alternative products that he may wish to buy. If you do not accept our suggestions, we will cancel your order in relation to the products that we cannot supply and we will refund any money that we would have paid for such products. The return of these sums of money will be the limit of our responsibility towards the Client, if it is impossible for us to supply the requested products.

What if the price is wrong?

The situation may arise that the price of a particular product in our Online Store may be wrong and a higher or even lower price may be shown than the corresponding one, due to a computer error. When this happens and if your order has been confirmed, we will contact the Client as soon as possible to cancel the order or find the best possible alternative creating the least damage.

When and how can I cancel an order?

3.6. The customer may cancel the order at any time and without any additional cost, as long as it has not been invoiced and sent through the transport company. If the package had left our facilities, the customer may reject it with the transport company at the time of receipt.

¿When is my reservation (s) order (s)?

3.7. The availability of products on the web is constantly changing and reflects the situation in real time. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not guarantee that it will be reserved for the customer, since other customers may have bought it while they were browsing the web. As soon as the payment process has been completed, the product is reserved for the customer.


4.1. We pay great attention to the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions from its collaborating companies and manufacturers, and from photographs that illustrate the products. All this is done within the limits of the technique and respecting the best market standards.


¿Does the final price include taxes and shipping cost?

5.1. The price of each product will be clearly determined on the website. The price and conditions of the products offered may vary, but in any case the price and conditions that existed when placing the order will always govern for the Customer. The customer will always be informed of the total price of the order (VAT, Taxes and Shipping costs included) before proceeding to purchase it.


Are the products always in stock?

6.1. It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the available stock limits. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we promise to send the Customer an email as soon as possible (from the date they placed the order) to inform them of the period within which we can send their product (s) ( s). In case you are not interested in waiting, you can request a refund of the amounts you have paid for said item.

What if what I bought is no longer available?

6.2. If any of the products in your order, once invoiced, are not available, we promise to send the Customer a proposal with the available products, similar or with the same characteristics as the one purchased. If the client does not accept the change, we promise to return all the money.


How long is the warranty period for my products?

7.1. All the products offered by artkeeping.com are guaranteed by the guarantee offered by the different manufacturers. We promise to repair free of charge, replace with a new one or make the corresponding payment if any of your products suffers from a manufacturing defect within the period established within the manufacturer’s warranty. In this case, all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the repaired one, are borne by artkeeping.com.

If I am not satisfied, can I return it?

7.2. The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 30 calendar days (1 month) The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 30 calendar days (1 month) from the time they became aware of it through an email that you want to return a product. In this way, we will organize the return in the most suitable way. In the event that the problem of said product is not under warranty, it will be the consumer who pays the possible additional expenses that may arise from said return.


8.1. artkeeping.com undertakes to make available to the Client all the necessary information regarding the products it offers as well as the orders. artkeeping.com is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force major and in case of fault of the Client or of an unforeseeable event on the part of a person outside the contract.

8.2. The Client undertakes to fill in the order forms and their fields according to the instructions indicated. artkeeping.com will protect the data in accordance with the law. The Customer also agrees to pay the price of the product, with the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.

8.3. artkeeping.com is not responsible for the consequences that may result from an inappropriate use of the products sold in its Online Stores.


9.1. All opinions written by Clients are controlled by the marketing team. If the opinions received violate the law, ethics or morals (abusive advertising, defamation, insults, comments out of context …), artkeeping.com reserves the right to reject or modify said opinions.


Why is it mandatory that I have to enter my information to buy?

By registering on the page, the user agrees to provide us with valid personal data, data that allow the provision of the service by artkeeping.com and the correct identification of the registered user, as well as the sending of information and advertising of the different products and offers that artkeeping.com may have on its web pages.

9.3. Commercial communications (newsletters in the form of emails proposing news, settlements or offers), will be made by email to the email address provided by the user, who, when registering, gives their express consent for said advertising shipments through of e-mail. Whenever he wishes, the user can unsubscribe from our newsletter, to stop receiving these types of emails. To unsubscribe, simply click on the link provided for this purpose that appears at the bottom of each of the promotional emails that we will send.

Only artkeeping.com has the user’s personal data. The data provided by the user is stored in a file owned by artkeeping.com that complies with current regulations on data protection and electronic commerce.

What do you do with my personal data?

9.4. artkeeping.com undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy of such data, as well as to treat them with confidentiality, assuming the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, as stated in Organic Law 15 / 1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, in Royal Decree 994/1999, of June 11 and its implementing regulations.

Can you delete my data?

Any registered User may at any time exercise the right to access, rectify and, where appropriate, cancel their personal data provided to artkeeping.com. You can do so by written request by email.

artkeeping.com undertakes not to use said personal data for purposes other than the object of the service it provides through its web pages, pages that offer information on product offers for direct sale over the Internet, and not to transmit of the same to third parties, unless they intervene in the development object of the contract.

12.1. This contract will be interpreted and governed by current Spanish and European legislation.

12.2. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the Client’s domicile.
