What are the turnaround times?

In we are committed to supplying the products in the shortest possible time. When making a purchase on our web portal, you can find yourself in three different situations:

– Product (s) in Stock: The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days, starting from the order confirmation.

– Product (s) in Low Stock: The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 8 working days, from the confirmation of the same. If the delivery time is longer, we will contact the customer to inform him at all times of the status of his order (s).

– Product (s) out of Stock: We do not allow the purchase of product (s) that are in this situation. Even so, it may be the case that in the absence of updating the Stock, the customer can buy an item (s) that is out of Stock. In these circumstances, the delivery time will be determined by the supplier of the item (s). In case this is longer than 10 working days, we will inform the client (s) so that they can decide what they want to do with their order and they will always have the option of canceling the order and a full refund of the amount paid.

If for any reason the delivery date has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.

Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.

What is the shipping cost?

The price of each product will be clearly determined on the website. The price and conditions of the products offered may vary, but in any case the price and conditions that existed when placing the order will always govern for the Customer. The customer will always be informed of the total price of the order (VAT, Taxes and Shipping costs included) before proceeding to purchase it.

Can I track the order?

From we work with several external transport companies to ensure the best shipping price according to the area in which the Customer is located.

In general, most carriers provide customers with a reference number that will allow them to track shipments from the website of said company. This information will be available to the user once it is collected by the courier and the merchandise is scanned in the parcel warehouse.

What happens if I am not at the address that I indicated when the courier is to deliver the order, or if it does not arrive?

When dealing with external transport companies, no longer has control over them once the carrier picks up the package. Any information or request that is required about it must be made directly to the carrier.
